Retail prices for homes are based on the following assumptions:
- Inclusions and decks as per plans
- Includes for delivery in the Central Coast to Lower Hunter District
- Installation on a clear accessible site (600mm rise)
- Steel stump or block foundations & cyclone anchors (600mm ave height)
- Colorbond roof, gutters & down pipes
- Vinyl and Weathertex Exterior Claddings (painting of weathertex not included)
- Insulation R2 to walls R3 to ceilings
- Glass entry door with latch and dead lock
- Colonial interal passage doors
- Tiled floor to kitchen & wet areas
- Shower screen door
- Under bench electric over & gas hot plates
- Twin bowl stainless steel kitchen sink & flick mixer tap
- 250lt electric (or 135lt gas) water heater for 2 bathroom models
- Ceiling exhaust fans to WC and bathroom
- Carpet to living areas
- Timber window pelmets & curtains with sheers
