Prices for special designs are calculated on an individual basis. As a rule the square metre construction rate applicable to size for a similar Parkwood standard plan is our starting point. Special claddings, complex construction
detailing and the inclusion of non-standard materials and fittings will increase the rate per metre cost – but it’s a start.
